Medal/badge, featuring Lord Baden Powell, issued during the 1937 World Jamboree in The Netherlands. The obverse shows the portrait of Lord Baden Powell, founder of the World Scout Movement, wearing a scouting hat and uniform. The reverse bears the text 'Wereld-Jamboree Nederland 1937' below a sailing ship. The medal was struck for the Dutch World Scouting Jamboree, held at Vogelenzang (Bloemendaal, Netherlands) in the summer of 1937. This was the last jamboree where Robert Baden Powell was present.
